This is my current favorite picture of Liam.
We were doing a 3-cousins bath in Grandma and Grandpa's big tub up in Tahoe (pictures coming). The faucet is one of those fancy fixtures that sends a waterfall over the edge of the tub. Liam was absolutely obsessed with the water and, as you can see, really wanted to figure out how it worked.
I love watching his little mind try to figure things out!
There's a companion to this picture, taken from the view of his poor bathmates. But you'll have to request a personal copy--I'm not posting that one on the blog (hilarious though it is!).

Wallpaper sneak peek
We've been knocking off some major house projects of late. I'm hoping to be better at posting them here. The newly wallpapered hallway looks AMAZING. But isn't a little suspense better than a sudden reveal? Especially after such a dry spell??

Not photoshopped
Can you believe the head on this little man? I ran across this picture the other day and it made me realize why my little men have always had such problems with movement: it's an incredible amount of work to support a 100th %ile head on a 5th %ile body. Poor little guys.

Calvin's new habit
Naptime used to be a very open-and-closed affair. The clock struck 9 (or 1), the boys got milk, the boys fell asleep. These days everything is up in the air and out the window. Nap times are a crapshoot. Falling asleep is a new game every day. Some days napping takes 5 hours. Some days it doesn't happen.
And some days, Calvin stands at the end of his bed lobbing stuffed animals at Liam's head rather than falling asleep. No wonder the poor guy can't sleep.
I caught him in the act today.

Pomp would be so proud!
Guess who ate all the sardines and left me just a plate of crackers?
